ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION
Users of the Fairfax Snooker Academy (FSA) app may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your FSA account:
- Send an email to admin@fairfaxsnookeracademy.com from the email address associated with your FSA account.
- Use the subject line "Delete My FSA Account."
- Include your name and the email address associated with your account so we can verify and process your request.
You may also initiate account deletion from within the Fairfax Snooker Academy app through the account/profile settings.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Once your account deletion request has been verified and processed, personal data associated with your FSA account will be deleted, including:
- Account/profile information
- Email address and authentication information maintained for the FSA account
- App-specific preferences and account settings
- Other personal data directly associated with your FSA account that is not required to be retained
Data That May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained when necessary for legitimate business, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory purposes. This may include transaction and payment records where retention is required by law.
Data that must be retained will only be kept for the period necessary to satisfy those requirements and will not be used to maintain an active FSA account.
Processing Requests
Account deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period after we verify the request.
Deleting your FSA account is permanent. Once deletion has been completed, your account and deleted data cannot be restored.
